What is Tresor?

In a nutshell: Tresor is an AI assistant that gives you the power of leading AI models while guaranteeing that nobody — not even Tresor — can read your conversations.

The problem Tresor solves

When you use most AI assistants, your messages travel through servers that the provider can access. That means your sensitive business questions, strategic plans, client details, and personal thoughts are potentially visible to a third party.

For professionals who handle confidential information — whether you're a lawyer, executive, consultant, therapist, or founder — that's a serious risk.

How Tresor is different

Tresor uses a technology called zero-access architecture. Here's what that means in plain terms:

• Your messages are encrypted in your browser before they leave your device.

• They're processed inside a sealed, secure environment (called an enclave) that nobody can look into — not Tresor's team, not the cloud provider, not anyone.

• Even your conversation history is encrypted so that only you hold the keys to read it.

Think of it like writing a letter, putting it in a tamper-proof box, and handing it to a translator who works inside a sealed room. The translator does the work and hands back the answer — but nobody outside that room ever sees the original letter.

What you can do with Tresor

• Chat with powerful AI models — Access models from OpenAI, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek, and more, all running inside secure environments.

• Upload documents and images — Have the AI analyze, summarize, or transform your files without exposing their contents.

• Search the web privately — Let the AI research the web on your behalf without leaving a trace back to you.

• Organize with projects — Group related conversations and files into focused workspaces.

• Verify your privacy — Every message comes with a cryptographic proof that it was processed privately. You can check this at any time.

• Collaborate with your team — Share projects inside encrypted workspaces where even Tresor can't see what you're working on.

Who is Tresor for?

Tresor is built for professionals and teams who:

• Handle confidential client or business information

• Work in regulated industries (legal, finance, healthcare, consulting)

• Want the productivity benefits of AI without the privacy trade-offs

• Need to demonstrate compliance with data protection standards

• Simply believe their conversations should remain private
