How can I help?

Getting Started

What is Tresor?

Tresor is a privacy-first AI assistant that processes your conversations inside secure, sealed environments so that nobody — not even Tresor — can read your messages.

Creating your account

Sign up for Tresor with your email and password, verify your email with a 6-digit code, and optionally enable two-factor authentication for extra security.

Your first conversation

Send your first message to a private AI in Tresor — type a question, hit Enter, and get an encrypted, verified response.

Choosing an AI model

Tresor offers several AI models with different strengths. Choose Instant mode for quick answers or Thinking mode for complex reasoning — all running inside secure enclaves.

Using Tresor

Conversations

Start new conversations, organize them in the sidebar, search your history, rename or delete chats — all titles and content are encrypted.

Documents and images

Upload documents and images directly into a conversation or project for the AI to analyze, summarize, or reference — everything stays encrypted end-to-end.

Projects

Projects let you group related conversations and files into focused workspaces with custom instructions, so the AI understands your context.

Project files and context

Upload documents to a project so the AI can reference them across all conversations in that project — files are encrypted, persistent, and processed inside the enclave.

AI models and Thinking mode

Tresor offers several AI models with different strengths. Choose between Instant and Thinking mode, compare models, and switch at any time — all running inside secure enclaves.

Web search

Enable web search to let the AI research the internet on your behalf. You approve each search before it happens, and your identity stays private.

Workspaces and team collaboration

Create a workspace to collaborate with your team. Invite members, share encrypted projects, assign roles, and use the audit trail for compliance — all with zero-access privacy.

Privacy and Security

How Tresor protects your privacy

Tresor uses zero-access architecture: your messages are encrypted in your browser, processed inside sealed hardware enclaves, and stored as ciphertext that nobody — including Tresor — can read.

Tresor vs. ChatGPT, Claude & others

Tresor keeps your conversations private by design using encryption and sealed enclaves. Here's how that compares to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI assistants.

Verifying your conversation's privacy

Every message in Tresor comes with a cryptographic proof that it was processed privately. Check the green shield under any message to see the verification details.

What is a secure enclave?

A secure enclave is a sealed, hardware-isolated computing environment where your AI conversations are processed — nobody, not even Tresor, can look inside.

Account

Managing your account

Update your name, email, language, and theme in Tresor's Settings. Your profile applies across personal and workspace accounts.

Billing and plans

Tresor offers Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans. Manage your subscription, seats, and billing details in Settings → Billing.

Two-factor authentication

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Settings → Security to add an extra layer of protection. You'll need an authenticator app on your phone.
